At Catsila, we want you and your furry friend to love every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must include original packaging
  • Item must not be damaged due to misuse
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used pet grooming products
  • Opened pet accessories with visible wear
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellations may not be possible.
